Do you offer oiling and knocking services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer oiling or knocking services. We also do not recommend these automated services for our premium bats. Grade 1 and Grade 1+ English Willow bats are best played naturally for optimal impact and performance. Natural play-in allows the willow to develop its own character and ensures the best long-term performance from your bat.
Do you have bats for women?

Are the bats custom made?
Yes, that is CricMate's edge, our founder personally sources custom-designed bats from leading manufacturers like SS and TON. Although, they are named the standard models, each bat is selected and engineered specifically for Australian cricket conditions and player preferences, ensuring you receive premium Grade of English Willow crafted to perform at the highest level. This relationship with our manufacturers allows us to offer signature editions and specifications you won't find elsewhere.
How do I know which bat weight I will receive?
CricMate maintains low stock (1-2 pieces) in each ideal weight range and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your order qualifies for weight selection, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm your preference.
Do you sell other brands than SS, SG & TON?
No, at the moment, we specialize and work with SS, SG and TON only, which are renowned manufacturers for their exceptional craftsmanship and performance.
