Refund policy

At CricMate Australia, we stand behind the quality of our premium cricket equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • The cricket bat must be unused, un-knocked, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, protective covers, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  1. Send you an email confirmation of receipt
  2. Process your refund within 7-10 business days
  3. Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or products of equal or greater value. Contact us before sending your exchange to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective cricket bat:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by CricMate Australia

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cricket bats that have been knocked in, used, or show signs of play
  • Custom or personalized cricket equipment
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at squad@cricmate.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
